The NZ Art Show is the most important event in the calendar for art lovers up in New Zealand. That’s because it’s the country’s largest sale of affordable art that provides the opportunity for any New Zealander to pick up some original New Zealand art.

Hundreds of New Zealand artists will contribute over a thousand works of art across the four-day event at the TSB Bank Arena in Wellington.

On offer will be pieces from established artists alongside emerging artists from all over the country. Everything on show will be up for sale so there’ll be plenty of work to go around, but you might have to get in early to get exactly what you want.

If for nothing more, it’s an interesting way to see and get a feel for the work that’s currently being produced by the leading artists in New Zealand.
