As we get ready to open our doors and welcome you back to GO on Thursday, here is what you can expect to see when travelling with us during alert level 2.
Our app-based, contactless rental process continues to be the big focus for us, this will be our new normal. Our focus on technology and our dedication to branch and vehicle cleanliness will ensure that we continue to keep you, our staff and community safe.
Key booking information to note:
• Our branch operating hours are 8am – 5pm, 7 days a week.
• Our courtesy shuttle service will begin operating from our Auckland Airport and Christchurch Airport branches. Social distancing measures will be in place to keep you, as well as our staff safe.
• Our after-hours service is available for all locations, apart from our Auckland City branch. Please note that after-hours fees will apply to these bookings.
