While at Alert Level 3, the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and community remain our highest priority. We recognise that some people will need transportation, either to return home or to work safely. We are following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines and have implemented stringent measures to ensure everyone stays safe.

We’ve opened up our booking channels, so you’ll be able to book online with us from today. Please note that online bookings need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your intended pick-up date and time. If you’re in need of a vehicle at short notice, give us a call and we can help organise this for you.


Pick up process

Download our App for contactless check-in

Thanks to our GO Rentals App, you’ll be able to complete your check in process remotely, right through to key collection. Simply download our app by searching GO Rentals in the App store or on Google Play. If you’re unable to complete your check-in via our app, our call centre will be more than happy to help you check-in remotely, over the phone.

Shuttle Service

Our shuttle service is suspended for everyone’s safety and to ensure we can operate in a contactless way. So, we ask you to please make your own way to our branches.

In Branch

When you arrive at our branch please make your way straight to our key collection counter. Your keys and vehicle information will be waiting there for you.


Drop off process

Drop off information will be provided when you pick up your vehicle.

We have always prided ourselves on having some of the best cleaning processes for both our vehicles and our branches. In response to the virus, we are taking particular care in sanitising the spaces that people touch such as door handles, steering wheels and other hard surfaces.

All branch locations are thoroughly cleaned and all work surfaces, including main touchpoints are disinfected on an hourly basis. Hand sanitiser is available throughout our branches.

Internally, we are taking stringent steps to ensure the health and welfare of staff across the country. This includes instructing employees who feel unwell to stay home and consult their healthcare professional.
