With the safety and health of our customers and staff our number one priority, we’ve made changes to a few key areas of our rental process. In this email, you’ll find important information regarding our check-in, shuttle buses, hotel collections and drop-off processes.

We are continually monitoring the ongoing situation and taking the advice of both government and industry bodies. The changes listed below will be in place from tomorrow 17th March until the 30th April 2020.


For the health and wellbeing of both our staff, customers and to reduce contact, we ask that all customers complete our app check-in before picking up their car. If for any reason that you cannot complete the app check-in process then please complete the online check-in process following the link in your booking confirmation

1. Simply download our app via the Google Play Store or App Store.

2. Create an account using the same email address you made your booking with.

3. Click the “Begin Check-in” button and follow the prompts

Shuttle buses

Our shuttle service will be changing slightly for our Auckland Airport and Christchurch Airport branches. We will have separate domestic and international shuttles for our customers at these branches.

We have completely paused our shuttle service at our Wellington and Queenstown branches that are safe walking distances from the terminal.

Hotel Collections

For the health and wellbeing of both our customers and staff, all hotel collections have been cancelled and all customers will need to make their own way to our branches for pick up.


If you are feeling unwell and you are due to drop off your vehicle, please contact your drop-off branch to make alternative arrangements to return the vehicle. If you are feeling unwell then please visit the Ministry of Health’s website for the most up-to-date advice and follow the guidelines put in place to protect both yourself and the public.
