An update from GO Rentals

Following the government’s recent announcement with Auckland moving to Alert level 3 for the next 2 weeks and the rest of the country remaining at Alert Level 2 from 11:59pm Tuesday 21 September, we wanted to update you on what this means for our branches across New Zealand and any concerns you may have around your existing booking.

Auckland Branches – Alert Level 3

Auckland’s move to Alert Level 3 means both our Auckland City and Auckland Airport branches can re-open and operate as usual, with the necessary social distancing and hygiene protocols in place.
Branch operating hours will remain unchanged, from 8am – 5pm.

All Other Branches – Alert Level 2

Alert Level 2 for all other regions means our Wellington, Christchurch, Queenstown and Dunedin branches continue to remain open and operate as usual.
Branch operating hours will remain unchanged, from 8am – 5pm.

Are you currently on hire?

If you’ve picked up your vehicle and are currently on hire, please give our team a call and they’ll advise you on your next steps.

Do you have a confirmed booking?

If you have a booking that was due to be picked up during the lockdown period, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

As you will be aware we have a Covid19 Travel Guarantee Policy that means you’ll be eligible for a full refund on your hire and we’ll waive all cancellation or amendment fees. If you’re keen to take a much-deserved break and want to postpone your travel, we can help with that too by keeping a credit on file, whatever’s easier for you!
